Requirements:

• Experience in the position of HR manager will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of the specifics of personnel selection for of medical institutions;
• Excellent communication skills and management of relations with employees at all levels;
• Ensuring management of personnel documents and keeping documentation in compliance with standards;
• Knowledge of personnel management programs and experience with the websites robota ua, work ua, LinkedIn;
• High level of organization, responsibility and analytical thinking;

Responsibilities:

• Organizing and conducting interviews with applicants
• Organizing the adaptation process for new employees;
• Monitoring the climate in the team, organizing corporate events and events;
• Skills to communicate and prompt problem solving;

Salary 20,000 UAH

Working schedule: from Monday to Friday
