CFO (Chief Financial Officer) in JustSchool

JustSchool is part of JustTech, an EdTech technology company dedicated to making learning accessible, engaging and effective for students of all ages! 

We are currently looking for a CFO who does not just manage numbers, but becomes a strategic partner for the business. We need a person who combines healthy perfectionism, initiative and the ability to work autonomously.

The main challenge now is balance.

It is important for us that a person can qualitatively close operational financial tasks "here and now" (hands-on approach), and at the same time build a long-term profitability strategy, successfully managing a team of 7 specialists.

We are looking for a like-minded person who will quickly join our processes!

Your tasks in this role:

Cashflow management, liquidity management.

Reporting and accounting: Preparation of statements (monthly/quarterly/annual), management accounting (close to IFRS).

— Budgeting and analytics: Development of budgets, plan-fact analysis, financial modeling and providing recommendations to the CEO.

— Automation: Implementation of modern systems automation of accounting and reporting, constant search for better efficiency.

- Tax control: Control of the tax burden, tax and banking compliance.

- Management: Effective management of a team of 7 people (2 financial managers, financial controller, treasurer, 2 accountants, lawyer).

We expect from you:

- Experience as a financial manager (Head of Finance, Deputy CFO, CFO) from 1 year.

- Experience in finance from 5 years.

- Online/IT experiencesnesom ($10m+ turnover).

— Successful experience of managing a financial team (from 5 people).

— Deep knowledge of financial management and analytics.

Understanding of accounting.

Knowledge of the English language at the B2 level.
