Responsibilities
- Monitoring and processing of candidate feedback
- Communication with candidates and support at all stages of selection
- Compilation and editing of candidate resumes
- Organization and maintaining the schedule of meetings and interviews
- Coordinating interviews with technical specialists
- Conducting one-to-one meetings with candidates/employees
- Maintaining the relevance of the candidate database
Requirements
- Experience in HR / recruiting will be an advantage
- High communication skills skills
- Organization and attention to details
- Ability to work with a large amount of information
- Basic understanding of the IT field (will be a plus)
