Production invites a Personnel Inspector/Recruiter to work.
Place of work: Drohobytsky district, there is a transfer from Drohobych and nearby places.Monday to Friday - weekend.
Depends on the market professional experience.Requirements for the Candidate:
Experience as an Inspector in a production company is mandatory.
Main duties:
The actual schedule for the week/day is being discussed.
2. Formalization of admission, transfer and dismissal of Employees.
3. Collection of relevant packages of personal documents required for employment.
4. Keeping time sheets.
5. Vacation control
6. Preparation of references and reports on personnel issues.
7. Compliance with the requirements of the labor legislation of Ukraine and timely monitoring of changes to them.
Maintenance of personal military records:
2. Checking the availability and correctness of military registration documents of new and existing Employees.
3. Collection and verification of the relevant packages of personal documents required for VO, upon hiring.
4. Entering current data (VOD, accounting category, VOS, eligibility, etc.).
5. Update of data, consultation of Employees and Managers, regarding the correct VO.
6. Timely updating of information upon:
-recruitment;
-dismissal;
-change place of residence, marital status, education; to reconcile data with TCC and joint venture (usually once a year or upon request).
7. Informing TCC and SP to inform TCC and SP within 7 days about: acceptance / release of conscripts; changes to credentials; ensure delivery of summonses (as instructed by the TCC).
Work with Production Personnel:
1. Timely and correct processing of applications for relevant vacancies from various sources.
2. Recording of information, maintaining a database.
3. Submission of Candidates for consideration by the Director of the Enterprise, the Head of Production, etc.
4. Organization of interviews, sending contacts, information about vacancies and the Enterprise.
5. Clear explanation of working conditions to Candidates, preliminary agreement of working conditions and payment, work schedule, availability of transfer from the relevant places - with the Management.
6. Participation in interviews.
7. Monitoring compliance with previous agreements, their fixation upon hiring.
8. Keeping a list of production vacancies.
9. Participation in the adaptation of Personnel at Production, assistance in it, consulting of Managers.
10. Work with work schedules, norms, participation in the organization of transfers, participation in the resolution of conflict and disputed situations, other according to the requirements of the Managers.
11. Providing feedback on the work of Production Personnel.
