Functions:

• The full cycle of recruitment for established departments: from the formation of the role profile to the candidate's exit to work;

• Conducting interviews and supporting candidates at all stages, ensuring a positive candidate experience;

• Participation in the improvement of HR processes and development of the employer brand.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience of working in HR (recruitment + support of employees) from 2-3 years;

• Experience of conducting a full cycle of recruiting;

• Understanding the processes of adaptation, assessment and development of personnel;

• Experience of interaction with managers as an HR partner (consulting, support solutions);

• Ability to work with HR metrics and draw conclusions based on them;

• Developed communication skills, ability to build trusting relationships with different levels of stakeholders;

• Proactiveness, systematicity, results orientation;
