In 2026, we actively we scale both projects and dream teams. Therefore, to strengthen Customer Care, we are looking for a Customer Care Specialist.
Your future tasks:
- response to customer inquiries through specified communication channels (chats, letters);
- providing information about products / services;
- solving problems and cooperating with specialized teams if necessary;
- documenting interaction with users;
- monitoring and compliance with defined personal quantitative and qualitative indicators;
- recording and transfer of customer feedback.
Your skills:
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate and above;
- communication skills: excellent ability to communicate with different types of customers, including dissatisfied or irritated ones;
- empathy: ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes, understand their needs and feelings;
- attention: ability to take in information carefully and ask appropriate questions to clearly understand the problem or request client;
- stress resistance: ability to remain calm in difficult or conflict situations;
- organization and punctuality: ability to prioritize tasks to respond to customer requests in a timely manner;
- teamwork: ability to effectively cooperate with colleagues and other company departments for solving customer problems;
- openness: not afraid of new challenges, showing yourself, working on improvements;
- ability to use a computer and software effectively: you have skills in working with e-mail, chats and other basic programs.
Desirable, but not critical:
- knowledge of German;
- experience in support;
- possession of skills in CRM systems, omnichannel platforms;
- experience in iGaming.
