Main responsibilities
- Complete recruitment management: from the formation of job profiles to the onboarding of new profiles employees.
- Building and maintaining a personnel reserve for key technical, engineering and commercial positions.
- Organization and improvement of HR processes: adaptation, performance evaluation, KPI, training.
- Management of personnel administration and preparation of HR reporting.
- Development of corporate culture and internal communication.
Primary goals
The first 3 months:
- Close key vacancies needed for current projects.
- Conduct an analysis of existing HR processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Improve the system of adaptation of new employees.
First 6 months
- Review the KPI system and the performance evaluation process.
- Form personnel reserve and development plan of critical specialists.
- Optimize HR processes and internal communication.
Requirements for the candidate
- Higher education (HR, psychology, management or related fields).
- Experience of working as an HR manager in a production or EPC company for 2 years or more.
- English - level B2 will be an advantage.
- Experience interacting with technical and engineering specialists will be an advantage.
- Confident PC user
- High communication skills, empathy and the ability to work with different types of people.
- Analytical thinking and a systematic approach.
- Proactivity and the ability to work in conditions of change and multitasking.
- Resistance to stress, the ability prioritize tasks.
