The main responsibilities of this role in the HR department:
- Management of personnel and join the team for the position
- Maintenance of personnel and military records in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine
- Formation and support of personal files of employees
- Complete management of the process of hiring, transferring, firing employees
- Working with 1C / BAS Project management on vacations and sick days
- Control of compliance with labor legislation in personnel administration
- Counseling employees on personnel accounting issues
- Optimization and automation of processes
- Interaction with accounting and legal department
It is important for us:
- 3 years of experience in personnel administration
- Knowledge of the legislation of Ukraine on labor and military accounting
- Experience in keeping military accounting
- Confident user of 1C, Google products (tables, documents, forms) font-weight: 400">
- Comfortable office: Pochayna metro station, partial work from home is possible
- Work in a team of professionals with motivation for continuous development
- Loyal management with constant quality feedback and agreed priorities by tasks
- Professional training and development
