External Player Support Agent in Plarium

For this vacancy, it is important to have Ukrainian citizenship or a work permit in Ukraine.

Plarium is an international product company developing mobile and comp'computer games.We are expanding the external support team for players of RAID: Shadow Legends - a collectible MMORPG in a dark fantasy setting. 

The audience of the project is more than 100 million players. They take part in PvE and PvP battles, collect their own collection of over 900 unique heroes and win victories for the clan in team fights. The game is available on iOSAndroidPC/Mac> style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Working hours: 10:00 - 18:30 (Kyiv time, GMT+3).

Day off (Tuesday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Thursday) is determined by the team after the trial period ends.

You will:

• investigate game situations referred to bybugs, and answer user questions;

• process bug reports and compile technical reports;

• interact with the team of developers, testers and game designers.

It is important for us:

• knowledge of English at the Advanced level (all communication in the team is conducted in English);

• вільне володіння українською;

• зацікавленість іграми and understanding of gameplay mechanics;

• effective communication skills and understanding of the principles of communication with customers;

• time management skills and the ability to work in multitasking mode;

• the availability of a laptop or PC and the ability to work during blackouts light;

• availability of Ukrainian citizenship or a work permit in Ukraine.

It will be an advantage:

• work experience in Support or other service teams

• game experience in the MMORPG genre;

• knowledge of the specifics of software testing andunderstanding the principles of forming bug reports.
