Responsibilities:

• Full support of HR processes in the IT company (selection, onboarding, adaptation)
• Interaction with hiring managers and technical leads
• Conducting HR interviews, participating in the selection of IT specialists
• Supporting employees, solving personnel and communication issues
• Participating in the development of corporate culture and increasing staff involvement
• HR process optimization

• Experience as an HR Generalist
• Understanding the specifics of the IT field
• Knowledge of the basics of HR management
• Knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine
• competency interviews
• Experience with HR tools will be an advantage

Working conditions:

• Full time, schedule 5/2
• Hybrid work format: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
