Creating an electronic database of candidates, checking references.
Requirements (IMPORTANT):
recruiting / sales / call center experience - a must; high work pace; the ability to work without constant supervision; the result is more important than the process; clear communication. The work format is online.
If necessary, it is possible to go to the office offline: there is a separate office; the office is also used in cases of lack of light or unstable Internet.
Work schedule: discussed individually.
Salary: individually negotiated: rate + percentage. (motivational system).
