We invite you to join our HR Manager team.

Requirements to the Candidate:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Basic knowledge of personnel administration;
• Proficiency in 1C;
• Experience in conducting business correspondence;
• Fluency in Ukrainian, knowledge of English will be an advantage.

Functional duties:

• Management of personnel records, in particular registration of hiring, dismissal, vacations and transfers;

• Organization of time sheets and accounting of working hours employees, drawing up relevant orders (including personnel), maintaining personnel files and military records;

• Recruiting personnel;

• Maintaining business correspondence with partners;

• Providing the office with the necessary consumables (stationery, household chemicals, water, etc.).
