The vacancy is open in the Educational and Training Department, where our military personnel are trained to operate UAVs.

Your Responsibilities:

• Project Management: from initiation to completion, including planning, coordination and control of training and equipment implementation projects.
• Business communication: establishment and maintenance of relations with national and international counterparties, negotiation and support of foreign economic contracts.
• Representative activity: participation in exhibitions, meetings with clients and presentation of our products and services.
• Improvement processes: proactive participation in the standardization and optimization of internal processes, as well as the launch of new initiatives for the development of the training center.
• Coordination of internal processes: work with the team on the introduction of new areas of study and arrangement of locations for classes.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in the defense-industrial complex (OPK).
• Experience in concluding contracts with state and private customers.
• Skills: high level of communication, proactivity, responsibility and the ability to work in multitasking mode. The ability to make balanced decisions and act in rapidly changing conditions.
• Teamwork: willingness to put the team's priorities above one's own and work to achieve common goals.
• Spoken English
• Having a category B driver's license
• Experience working with UAVs of various types - will be an advantage
