The main goal of the position proactively attract talent that will help the organization implement its development strategy, support employees at all stages of their life cycle and develop the organization's HR brand.

Coordinate and implement HR projects, in particular youth work projects, as well as actively participate in other HR initiatives teams.
Get involved in conducting and analyzing HR analytics to better understand the processes and needs of the team.

Knowledge of the basics of HR processes and practices, including onboarding, personnel development, team retention, and labor legislation of Ukraine - at the level necessary for working with personnel.
Language. Fluency in Ukrainian and English will be an advantage.
Technologies: You know how to effectively use at work task managers (we work in Teams), e-mail, calendar, Google Drive functions, MS Office, electronic document management systems (we work in DocProf), as well as HRMS and ATS.
Education a full university degree (education in the field of HR, psychology, personnel management, management, sociology or related fieldswill be an advantageIn turn, we offer:
