We are looking for a Recruiter to join the team, who has a knack for finding talent and knows how to motivate.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Communicative, active life position, focus, responsibility;
• Flexibility, initiative, focus on results;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Ability to work with a large amount of information;
• Working with reporting and documentation;
• A confident PC user;
• Mobility as the position involves travel (accommodation and travel are paid by the Company).

What needs to be done?

• Search and recruitment: closing the need for personnel by the store network;
• Use of both standard and alternative sources of personnel search;
• Analysis of resumes and evaluation of potential candidates;
• Conducting telephone interviews and interviews;
• Organizing and conducting induction training for new employees;
• Formation of personnel reserve);
• Providing quality and timely feedback to management.
