We are urgently looking for an HR manager
Personnel office management:
- Full cycle of personnel accounting in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine
- Registration of hiring, transfer, dismissal of employees
- Maintenance of personal files, orders, work books / electronic labor
- Control of vacation schedules, sick leave, work record sheets of time
- Preparation of references, extracts, internal personnel documents
- Interaction with accounting and department heads
Military accounting:
- Maintenance of military records of conscripts and conscripts
- Formation and updating of accounting data
- Preparation and submission of reports to the TCC and SP
- Employee booking support (if needed)
- Employee consultations on military accounting issues
Recruiting:
- Complete recruitment cycle: from application to candidate exit
- Posting vacancies, conducting interviews
- Assessment of candidates, formation of short-list
- Communication with managers regarding recruitment results
- Support for the adaptation of new employees
Requirements for the candidate
- Experience as an HR manager/personnel inspector of 1-2 years
- Practical knowledge of personnel records and labor legislation
- Experience of managing military accounting (mandatory)
- Experience in recruiting various categories of personnel
- Confident use of 1C / BAS / HR-systems and Google Docs
- Attention to details, responsibility, confidentiality
- Ability to work with a large amount of information
