ABETON LLC is a leading national manufacturer and supplier of reinforced concrete products for the construction of drainage networks, treatment facilities, reservoirs and water supply; of electricity supply, communication and heat supply networks, roads invites a HR-Manager to the team.
We are looking for a specialist who is ready to work in an intensive rhythm and for results.
Main responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of standards, instructions and policies in the field of HR.
- Search and selection of personnel for production and office positions.
- Conducting interviews, testing and evaluating candidates.
- Adaptation of new employees: support during the trial period of work, one by one meetings, creation of adaptation maps.
- Organization of corporate events and maintenance of internal corporate culture.
- Development and implementation of motivation systems (intangible and material).
- Identification of needs and organization of training programs and development.
- Labor market monitoring and analysis: salary level, availability of specialists, competitiveness of offers.
- Formation of HR reporting.
What we expect from the candidate:
- Higher education (personnel management, psychology, management, economics).
- Experience as an HR manager of 2 years, preferably in production or construction enterprises.
- Skills of mass recruitment of line and labor personnel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in conditions of multitasking and stress, characteristic of the production rhythm.
- Confident user of PC and programs (1C, MS Office).
