Duties:

• Maintenance of personnel documentation, personnel affairs of the company's employees;
• Maintenance of the full cycle of personnel accounting (recruitment, dismissal, transfer of employees, decree, change of personal identification number);
• Posting of vacancies and work with various sources of candidate search.
• Maintenance of the staff list and timely introduction of changes, compliance with the requirements of the classifier professions.
• Full cycle of recruitment: search, selection, interviews.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position will be an advantage;
• Higher economic education will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of labor and social security legislation;
• Ability to work with Excel, 1C, Aiko, Bitrix programs;
• Responsibility, organization, attentiveness.
