Pharmaceutical Holding "UNIPHARMA" invites permanent employment of a PERSONNEL MANAGER at the production enterprise "TERNOPHARM"

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education;
• Experience in a similar position from 2 years;
• Knowledge of the basics management and personnel management;
• Knowledge and practical experience in key HR functions;
• Responsibility, communication and system thinking;
• Strong communication skills and organizational abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Full cycle of recruiting.
• Organization and control employee onboarding.
• Participation in the development and implementation of staff motivation, training and retention systems.
• Maintenance of regulatory documentation, according to GMP standards.
• Formation and development of the company's HR brand.
• Organization of corporate events and maintenance of corporate culture.
• Performance of other assignments of the direct manager.

TERMS JOB:

• Work schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., from Monday to Friday;
• Official employment, 24 calendar days of vacation;
• Timely payment of wages 2 times a month;
