HR - manager in Fresh Boks

The company is opening a vacancy for HR manager (logistics complex).
Main duties:
Full cycle of search and selection of personnel for the logistics complex (warehouse workers, drivers, order pickers, operators, production and office staff).
Organization of adaptation of new employees, control of probation period.
Maintaining a healthy working climate and solving HR issues in daily activities.
Managing personnel records: orders, personnel files, timesheets, drawing up employment contracts, conducting personnel changes.
Participation in the development and implementation of motivation systems, KPI and personnel evaluation.
Control of compliance with labor and production discipline, company standards.
Preparation of operational and analytical reports for management.
Formation and support of corporate culture company.
Requirements:
Higher education in the field of HR, psychology, management, economics (will be an advantage).
Experience of working as an HR manager or personnel officer from 1 year (preferably in logistics, production or FMCG).
Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine and practical HR processes.
High level of organization, responsibility and communication skills.
Confident PC user (MS Office, Google Workspace; experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or other CRM/HRM systems is welcome).
