HR manager in SnackProduction

The largest national association of trade and manufacturing enterprises is inviting a Manager for work with production personnel (Location: Rozhyshche, Rozhyshche District, Volyn Region)

Your duties:

• Organization of the full cycle of search and recruitment (posting ads, recruiting and searching for personnel, screening resumes, conducting initial telephone interviews, organizing and conducting final interviews with the manager);
• Formation of an external personnel reserve;
• Management of personnel records in full, in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine;
• Formation and management of personal files of employees;
• Monitoring and analysis of the labor market;
• Formation of weekly reports, analysis of HR indicators.

How we see our candidate:

• Experience in the field of personnel management no less 2 years;
• Excellent knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts;
• Systematic, attentive to details, has good communication skills, knows how to work in a team;
• Active life position, focus on results, readiness for a high pace of work, the possibility of learning and adapting in a short time terms;
• Confident PC user: MS Office, Excel, competitive advantage - experience with 1C.
