We invite a HR-manager to join the team

Main tasks:

• Development and implementation of the holding's HR strategy in accordance with the company's goals.
• Formation of the organizational structure, description of business processes in the management part personnel.
• Search, selection and adaptation of personnel (including key management positions).
• Building a system of personnel evaluation, motivation and development.
• Analysis of HR indicators (staff turnover, involvement, efficiency, etc.).
• Participation in the formation of corporate culture and internal communications.
• Preparation of reports for the managing director on the current state of personnel and needs.
• Interaction with the heads of the holding's divisions on recruitment, development, training and discipline of employees.

Requirements:

• Higher education (psychology, management, personnel management or related specialties).
• Experience as an HR manager or HRBP of 3 years or more, preferably in multidisciplinary companies/holdings.
• Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine.
• Skills of conducting interviews, personnel analysis, building HR processes "from scratch".
• High level of communication, systematic thinking, stress resistance.
