HR manager in Vovk Grup, TOV

We are looking for an active HR specialist who knows how to combine recruiting, analytics and humanity in his work. If you are interested in not just closing vacancies, but helping people find their place in the team, this is the position for you.

Main duties:

• The full cycle of personnel selection - from need analysis to the successful exit of the employee to the team;

• Conducting interviews of various formats, evaluating professional and behavioral of competencies;

• Communication with department heads, supporting candidates at the pre- and onboarding stages;

• Analytics of recruiting processes (funnel, closing times, channel effectiveness, conversions);

• Creation and publication of attractive vacancy texts, work with social networks and job portals;

• Participation in HR projects - adaptation of newcomers, development of the employer brand, internal initiatives;

• Preparation of statistical reports and proposals for improving the selection and adaptation processes.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Education in the field of management, psychology, pedagogy or social sciences;

• Experience in HR or recruiting for at least 1 year (preferably in service, manufacturing or retail companies);

• Confident use of job services, social networks and HRM systems;

• Knowledge of interview methods (by competences, case studies, telephone);

• Analytical thinking, attention to details, systematic work;

• Communication, empathy, ability to work with a large amount of information;

• Proficiency in English at a level no lower than average will be an advantage;

• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office.

• Full time, schedule 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 5/2 Mon-Fri;
