Requirements:

• Professional higher or basic higher education.
• Knowledge of the basics of personnel document management and current labor legislation.
• Experience of working in the HR segment or of recruiting from 1 year.
• Confident PC user (1C, Bitkix24).
• Active life position.
• Multitasking skills.
• Initiative to solve work issues and non-standard situations.

Responsibilities:

• Composing a description vacancies;
• posting and editing of vacancies on job search sites;
• search, processing and analysis of candidate resumes;
• conducting telephone and personal interviews;
• conducting measures to adapt and retain employees in the company;
• administering personnel processes, maintaining personnel document flow: (admission, dismissal, transfer, vacations, sick leave, reports)
• participation in development and implementation of measures to increase the efficiency of staff work.

Conditions:

• A hybrid work format is possible (4/1).
• Five-day work week from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
