KZPTO is looking for an HR manager to join its team!

Kyiv Lifting and Transport Equipment Plant is No. 1 in crane construction in Ukraine and the largest manufacturer of crane equipment in Eastern Europe. We are growing, scaling and looking for a personnel manager to join the team, who loves people as much as we love cool projects

What will be in focus:

• active search and selection of talented people (different channels, new approaches, creative solutions);

• conducting interviews and screening of candidates;

• support of newcomers: from documents to adaptation;

• participation in training and team development (trainings, workshops, master classes);

• cooperation with universities (job fairs, seminars, integration of young talents).

What will help you become part of the team:

• work experience in recruiting or HR from 1 year;

• knowledge of modern techniques of candidate selection and search;

• confident conduct of interviews, testing and evaluation;

• communication, drive, responsibility and love for people;

• confident command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, CRM/ATS;

• additional HR education will be your trump card.
