Natali Bolgar is a leading Ukrainian women's clothing brand with a history of over 30 years. We create stylish, high-quality and comfortable clothing and strive to provide the best service to our customers. We are looking for an energetic and inspired Trainer who knows how to "ignite" people, has excellent sales skills and is ready to transfer his experience to our team of consultants directly in stores.

Your key tasks:

• Training in the field (80% of the time): Conducting individual and group coaching of sales consultants directly in trading points (Kyiv, Odesa).
• Sales practice: Demonstration of service standards and advanced sales techniques on your own example when working with customers in the hall.
• Development of training programs: Creation of simple, effective training materials (scripts, guides, checklists, video lessons) on service standards, merchandising and knowledge of collections Natali Bolgar.
• Service quality control: Regular testing of staff knowledge and evaluation of service quality (e.g. through a "mystery shopper").
• Feedback: Providing constructive feedback to store managers and staff regarding work quality and development areas.

What we expect from you:

• Successful work experience as a store manager, administrator, sales trainer, senior salesperson or sales manager (from 1 year) in the field of Fashion Retail (clothes, shoes, accessories).
• Passion for sales and a deep understanding of customer service (premium/medium+ segment).
• High communication skills, energy, ability to capture the audience and simply explain complex things.
• Mandatory readiness for regular business trips between the cities of Kyiv and Odesa.
• Orientation on results and commercial indicators (average check, conversion).
