450+ employees. We are currently transforming the HR function and expanding our team, so we are looking for a motivated and ambitious HR manager. What will you do? engage in:

• ensure a quality team composition through effective recruiting;
• onboard and adapt newcomers, supporting in every way during the trial period (welcome day, 1-1);
• work closely with team managers and the branch director - consulting on people management issues on a daily basis;
• build new and improve existing HR processes - your field for implementing ideas and ambitions;
• monitor and increase satisfaction - 1-1 meetings feedback, conducting surveys (eNPS; GallUp Q12), conflict management, team building;
• helping the team grow and develop.

This is a match if it's about you:

•  HR is your true passion and vocation;
• you have 2+ years of experience in all the main stages of the employee life cycle;
• you know how to effectively cooperate with managers and C-level, you want to be real for them a business partner;
• you love to communicate with people and know how to find an approach to everyone;
• are results-oriented and ready to work in a dynamic environment.
