What will you do? do:

• Conduct a full cycle of searching, selecting and hiring candidates for various positions: from line staff to technical and administrative roles.

• Use creative channels search - social networks, events, network, referral schemes.

• Conduct online and telephone interviews, analyze resumes, assess soft and hard skills.

• Cooperate with job seekers and understand exactly who they are looking for.

• Constantly improve skills, develop in the HR field to eventually reach the level of lead or team recruiter.

• You love communication with people, have a wide broad-mindedness and an open mind.

• You can make decisions independently - and take responsibility for them.

• You quickly adapt to changes, know how to organize yourself, even when there are more tasks than time.

• You feel, that you are interested in understanding people, business, teams and influencing who goes where.

Work experience is not mandatory, the main thing is willingness to learn, work, grow. We will help with everything else.
