Who we are looking for?

Our (not) ideal candidate:      

• Experience in HR at least 3 years.

• Understanding key HR processes and modern HR trends.

• Experience in the selection, adaptation, training and evaluation of personnel.

• Proficient in Excel, Google spreadsheets, preferably HRM systems.

• Communication, responsibility, initiative.

• Analytical thinking and orientation to result.

• Knows labor legislation.

• Implementation of the HR strategy that meets the company's goals.

• Main HR processes support: onboarding, offboarding, reviews, development.

• Recruitment and HR brand development (work with universities, participation in job fairs).

• Search for candidates using various search channels (online platforms, social networks, specialized forums, etc.).

• Implementation of personnel adaptation, training and evaluation processes.

• Conducting internal trainings, seminars,and educational events.

• Development of corporate culture and organization of events for the team.

• Management of the motivation and rewards system.

• HR management - metrics and analysis of process execution.
