For our client, a manufacturing company, we are looking for a HR Manager. Wishes for the candidate:

• 2 years of experience as a personnel manager (in production will be a "plus" )
• experience in recruiting with various positions
• experience in personnel administration
• experience in military accounting will be advantage
• communication, openness, loyalty

Main functionality:

< li>conducting search, selection and recruitment of personnel
• supporting the process of adaptation of employees
• conducting monitoring of the labor market
• participation in conducted corporate events
• control of the corporate atmosphere and timely response to changes
• HR reporting
