What should be done?

• participate in the creation of an effective occupational health and safety management system in accordance with legal requirements and participate in the development and implementation of an occupational health and safety management system in accordance with the requirements of the OHSAS 18001 standard;
• conduct introductory briefings on issues of labor protection and fire safety;
• to teach, conduct trainings and carry out a knowledge test on the issues occupational safety and fire safety with the preparation of relevant documents;
• inform and provide explanations to employees on occupational safety, fire and man-made safety issues;
• provide structural units of the enterprise with the necessary documentation on safety issues labor, fire and man-made safety;
• to carry out operative and methodical management of work on labor protection and fire safety safety;
• develop prospective and current work plans for creating safe and harmless working conditions;
• participate in the investigation of accidents, accidents and fires, ensure record-keeping and reporting, analysis of accidents , occupational diseases, accidents and fires, as well as damage caused by these events;
• develop regulations, instructions and other normative documents on occupational safety and fire safety;
• monitor compliance with current legislation, inter-industry, sectoral and other regulatory acts, as well as monitor compliance by employees with the requirements of job instructions and instructions on occupational safety and fire safety issues.
