You need will solve the following TASKS:

• Full cycle of recruitment: placement of vacancies, conducting interviews, evaluation of candidates.
• Maintenance of candidate database and analytics of recruiting processes.< /li>
• Organization of the process of adaptation of new employees.
• Participation in the development and implementation of HR processes (motivation, training, performance evaluation).
• Support positive climate in the team and solving the team's HR requests.

It is VERY important for us that you:

• Have work experience in the position of HR manager from 6 months.
• Possessed knowledge of modern tools and methods of personnel selection.
• Had developed communication skills, organization and ability to work in multitasking mode.
• li>Owners Ukrainian (knowledge of English will be an advantage).
• Able to analyze and propose solutions aimed at team development.
