The company is looking for a human resources specialist who will be responsible for the selection, retention and control of personnel, ensuring the stable operation of the enterprise and reducing staff turnover.
Responsibilities:
• Security companies with qualified personnel for positions below the top management level (including chief engineer, energy, sales manager, labor specialties and minor professions).
• Maintenance of personnel records and documentation in accordance with the law.
• Monitoring situations in the team: detection of tension, dissatisfaction among employees, taking measures to reduce them.
• • Level control personnel turnover, ensuring staff inflow and retention.
• Prompt resolution of issues related to staffing the enterprise.
Requirements:
• Experience in HR field from 3 years, preferably in industry or production.
• Knowledge of the specifics of labor specialties and minor professions.
• Ability to maintain personnel documentation and record keeping.
• Skills of analyzing the situation in a team, identifying and preventing conflicts.
• Energy, responsibility, ability to quickly respond to changes.
