Responsibilities:
- Department management (3 employees), control over the quality of personnel records;
- Formation of all personnel procedures in accordance with labor legislation, legislation on the protection of personal data and the orders of the head of the enterprise;
- Control the implementation by heads of divisions of labor legislation, administrative documents of the head of the enterprise on issues related to work with personnel.
- Control over the accounting of the granting of vacations to employees, the preparation and observance of regular vacation schedules. Maintain personnel records documents in an up-to-date state.
- Maintenance of military records in accordance with current legislation. Preparation of the necessary documents for booking employees of the enterprise, drawing up and submitting relevant reports;
- Drawing up, submitting and storing official reports related to personnel accounting;
- Forming reporting and accounting documentation and other reports established at the enterprise.
