Main duties:
- Search and selection personnel (including mass recruitment of sales personnel)
- Formation of hiring, transfer, transfer of employees in accordance with the Labor Code
- Formation and maintenance of personal files, work books, accounting journals
- Keeping records of working hours of employees
- Preparation of orders and other normative documents on personnel matters
- Recording of vacations, keeping vacation schedules
- Recording of work and insurance experience of employees
- Entering information about personnel and their movement in the 1C program, employee personal card (standard form P-2).
Requirements for the candidate: strong>
- Higher education
- 2 years of work experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel administration
- Experience in the organization of personnel selection, personnel accounting system, in accordance with the requirements of modern personnel policy
- Confident PC user (office programs - Word, Excel, e-mail Outlook, 1C Enterprise).

- High level of self-organization and responsibility
- Ability to work in a team
- Competent written and oral language, readiness for multitasking
