Your main responsibilities will be:

• Managing personnel records in full (recruitment of admission, transfer, dismissal of employees, vacations, sick leave, etc.).
• Maintenance of timesheets, preparation of vacation schedules.
• Control of compliance with labor legislation.
• Interaction with state authorities (tax, pension fund, State Labor, etc.).

• Counseling of employees on issues of labor legislation and company personnel policy.
• Military accounting
• Other assignments upon request

Our requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in the field of personnel management, law or economics).
• Experience 1 year of work as a personnel officer.
• Knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine.
• Operation of a PC (MS Office, 1C).
• Attention to details , responsibility, sociability.
• Experience in 1C.
