HR manager in Napoyi ta Tyutyun

Trading company "Beverages and Tobacco" is looking for a HR manager (Noviy Lviv district).

Requirements:

• A confident user of PC and MS Office (Word, Excel);
• Willingness to work and develop;
• Resistance to stress, communication, responsibility, initiative and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Search and mass recruitment;
• Formation of job descriptions and publishing them on job search platforms;
• Working with job sites and other platforms for searching for employees;
• Processing candidate reviews for posted vacancies;
• Market monitoring work, working conditions and the motivation system of competitors;
• Formation of the candidate base and personnel reserve, reporting;
• Performance of other duties and assignments of management.

Working hours:Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (If you are considering part-time employment, or remote work - please DO NOT disturb)
