About the team:

Our team consists of three employees: two HR inspectors and a department head. And you will also interact with the HR department of another direction, and our external contractors (franchisees).


What is important for this role:

  • have at least 2 years of work experience in a similar position

  • know labor legislation and regulatory acts on personnel accounting and record keeping

  • understand the requirements for registration personnel documents

  • experience managing 500 employees simultaneously

  • be a confident user of the 1C 8.3 program

  • know PC: Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets

  • be attentive to details, be able to find a common language with people, work in multitasking mode and plan priorities tasks

  • territorially located in the city of Chernihiv, because our office is right there


It will be an advantage:

  • experience working with electronic document management


Tasks:

  • formation and high-quality management of personal files of active and dismissed employees

  • registration and support of admission/transfer/dismissal, leave, sick leave of employees, issuance of necessary documents/certificates to employees upon request

  • work with a developed network of branches throughout Ukraine

  • entering information into 1C

  • organization and control of signing personnel documents

  • work with variable schedules

  • maintenance of timesheets

  • internal personnel reporting
