Main duties:

• Conducting product trainings.
• Teaching partners and customers the basics of using the product, key advantages, technical features.
• Conducting trainings on basic sales techniques (sales structure, working with objections, product presentation).
• Preparation of training materials: presentations, checklists, short guidebooks.
• Control of the training platform: content updates, monitoring of user activity, tracking of course progress and quality of materials.
• Analysis of training needs and improvement of training programs.

Requirements for candidate:

• Experience in electronics/gadget/appliance retail is required (senior salesperson, trainer, promoter, department manager, etc.).
• Understanding of product specifications and categories (chargers, cables, speakers, gadgets, smart devices).
• Presentation and training skills.
• Communication, charisma, the ability to captivate the audience.
