We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist who will be responsible for HR functions in the company. Your main task is to ensure the development of human capital, contribute to the creation of a favorable working environment and maintain a company culture focused on innovation and professional development.

What will need to be done and what will be responsible:

● Development and implementation of HR strategy that corresponds company goals and strategy

● Managing the process of recruiting, selecting and hiring talent with the involvement of contractors

● Designing and implementing employee development programs, including training, mentoring and career development

● Managing the employee performance evaluation system and developing programs to improve productivity

● Ensuring compliance of all HR policies and procedures with legal requirements and internal company standards

● Development and support of corporate culture , focused on innovation, cooperation and achieving high results

● Management of compensation and benefits issues to ensure competitiveness in the labor market

● Implementation and support of effective communication processes in the company

p>● Consulting managers and employees on management issues, conflict resolution and other HR issues

● Keeping documentation

What we are looking for in a candidate:

● Work experience in senior positions in HR (minimum 3 years)

● In-depth knowledge of HR processes, including recruiting, staff development, performance management, compensation and benefits

● Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in team

● Ability to make strategic decisions and implement changes

● High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to work with different categories of employees

● Knowledge of labor legislation and legal regulations acts

● Fluency in Ukrainian and English

Will be a plus:

● Higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology, economics or related disciplines

● Having experience/network in the field of hardware development

● Experience working in a product company

● Experience building engineering/developer teams
