We are looking for a motivated and proactive Project Manager with a strong interest in eCommerce and a desire to grow within project management. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and contribute to the success of our projects. Experience with Magento 2 or other eCommerce platforms would be a plus.

👉Responsibilities:

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management
• Assist in managing eCommerce projects following the standard SDLC (initiating, planning, executing and controlling, closing)
• Communicate effectively with both external and internal stakeholders
• Apply Agile methodology and adhere to best practices
• Support change management during project implementation
• Manage risks and interdependencies throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure full transparency of project implementation for all participants and stakeholders
• Prepare and facilitate management decisions related to project implementation based on alternatives presented
• Support and promote a corporate culture focused on transparency, speed, initiative, efficiency, customer orientation, and achieving business results

👉Desired Skills and Experience:

• Some experience in managing software project teams (3-6 people is a plus)
• Familiarity with eCommerce project management
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders
• Basic understanding of risk assessment and the ability to contribute to implementation roadmaps
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Basic knowledge of change management methodologies (ADKAR or others)
• Experience with task planning and control tools (Atlassian, ActiveCollab, or similar)
• Upper-intermediate to advanced-level of English
