We, Corefy, are a product, PayTech IT company founded in 2016. Our made in Ukraine SaaS platform is a technology hub for orchestrating online payments.

We cooperate with well-known payment providers and partners, including Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay, MasterCard, Visa, AWS and others. We have customers all over the world and have implemented more than 400 different payment methods.

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Manager who will join us to expand the team with talented specialists and develop the world of FinTech together.

Experience that is important to us:

• Do you have 2+ years of experience in a similar position in the IT field in a company with more than 100 employees? This is the place for you!
• Do you not just know, but live the processes of onboarding and offboarding? Great!
• Easily find a common language with anyone and can organize quality 1:1 communication? This is what we need!
• Are your communication skills at the level of magic, can you negotiate and work with objections at all levels of management? Then you are our hero!
• Do you know how to evaluate motivational factors and employee engagement? That's cool!
• Are you super empathetic and overwhelmed by the desire to unite and develop a team? Then we are on the same wavelength!
• Is your influence on the development and maintenance of corporate culture invaluable? We appreciate it!
• Multitasking is your middle name, and prioritization and time management skills are your best friends? That's how we work!
• Are you always result-oriented, flexible and a quick learner? You are the one we need!
• And of course, your English level is Intermediate or above.

Your future challenges:

• Implement, support and improve the main HR practices in the company: onboarding, retention , training, performance management and evaluation, offboarding, events - all this is under your responsibility!
• Build and maintain trust and partnership with each employee, becoming their trusted ally.
• Act as a coach and help managers find the best solutions at the intersection of employee and business interests.
• Work with the HRM system, entering and updating employee data so that everything is always in its place.
• Develop and update personnel policies and procedures, making them user-friendly and effective.
• Implement initiatives aimed at developing corporate culture to make our company even better.
• Ensure high-quality internal communications: announcements of important events, anniversaries, interviews with employees, surveys, greetings - all this is your field of activity.
• Actively participate in HR initiatives and bring them to life, making our workspace better for everyone.
