HR Generalist in Favbet

Project information:

We are looking for an HR Generalist to help develop and support teams.
Your role is to support the full cycle of HR processes: from recruitment and adaptation to the development and involvement of people.

Main responsibilities:

• Full cycle of work with personnel (assistance with recruiting, preboarding, onboarding, support in operational issues, assistance with signing personnel documents, dismissal);
• Organization of employees' workspace;
• Administration of internal processes of the unit (formation applications for payment of services in 1c, entering contracts into the system and supporting the process of their execution);
• Participation in the company's HR projects;
• Internal reporting.
