Financial Services is a business unit working in the field of consumer lending for individuals. Main directions:cash loans; collateral lending (including cars); online credit products; individual financial solutions for clients.

Auto business — a business unit focused on the selection and sale of cars for clients throughout Ukraine. Main directions:cars from the USA (pickup, delivery, customs clearance, support); cars from Europe; cars with mileage in Ukraine; trade-in.

This is not a corporation with ready-made regulations and not a start-up with chaos "let's do something". This is a fast-growing business that already has results, but has outgrown manual people management. Now we are consciously looking for a person who will take the HR function as a responsibility role and not as a "maintenance of the atmosphere".

 What this role exists for:

Short and honest: bring order to people, processes and responsibilities without breaking the business rhythm.

Your challenge is to assemble all this into a working system without turning the company into a bureaucracy.

What tasks and challenges await:

The first 3 months (reality, not ideal)

Recruiting — priority #1 — closing key vacancies:

  • lawyer (financial company),
  • marketing (CMO / senior marketing),
  • SMM

Getting to know the team:

  • basic 1-to-1 with key people (without in-depth psychotherapy);
  • understanding moods, overloads, risks.

After adaptation (3-12 months)

  • Building system onboarding.
  • Maps of positions (not in a month is a long process).
  • Transparent navigation for beginners: "to whom to go with what".
  • Exit interviews and work with the reasons for dismissals.
  • HR analytics, healthy feedback to managers.
  • Corporate culture without clowning: content, not competitions.
  • Planning of HR budgets (training, events, development).

Who we really need:

Professional:

  • Experience in HR / HRG / HR management with a strong recruiting unit.
  • Practical experience in closing complex and key vacancies (not only linear).
  • Ability to work in an environment where part of the processes are still being formed, and not already "perfectly described".
  • Understanding business logic and the ability to acceptand decisions taking into account the interests of the company, not just people.
  • Ability to work simultaneously with various stakeholders: the owner, top management, heads of departments and teams.
  • Ability to negotiate, argue a position and not get lost between several centers of influence.

Soft skills:

  • Resistance and emotional maturity.
  • Direct, correct communication without gossip and "under the carpet games".
  • Ability to hold boundaries and take responsibility.
  • Flexibility of thinking without losing systematicity.
  • Orientation on the result, not on "process for the sake of process".

Who you will work with:

  • Direct reporting to the top management.
  • Several stakeholders (operational, financial, department heads).
  • The owner is involved, but not a micromanager.

  • Work format: offline, office — Kyiv, Mrii Street 1B.

  • Trial period: 3 months.
  • Financial reward:

Trial period: rate of UAH 60,000 + KPI (bonus of UAH 8,000 for each closed vacancy).

After the trial period: rate of UAH 60,000 + KPI (bonus UAH 8,000 for each closed vacancy) + OKR UAH 10,000.
