Key role of the position

Marketing manager / Assistant trade marketer is responsible for coordinating the design, production and logistics of promotional and POS materials, supporting new product launches and clear interaction between teams.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinating the creation of marketing, advertising and POS-materials

• Providing TK to designers and monitoring execution

• Checking layouts in accordance with brand guides and technical requirements

• Working with contractors (design, printing, production)

• Ordering, production and quality control of promotional products

• Planning and control of marketing budgets

• Coordinating the delivery of promotional materials with warehouse and logistics

• Supporting the launch of new SKUs

• Supporting complaints and revisions

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in marketing / trade marketing

• Practical experience of working with contractors and agencies

• Understanding the processes of production of advertising and POS materials

• Portfolio of implemented creatives
  (beauty / skincare — a big advantage)

• Ability to work with a large volume of tasks and deadlines

• High self-organization, attention to details

• Ukrainian - fluent

• Higher education

Working conditions:

• Full-time employment

• Work format: offline (Kyiv) or online

• Business trip: absent

• No reservation

Salary and motivation (before taxes):

• Fixed rate - 36,000 UAH

• Monthly KPI - up to 18,000 UAH

• Additional bonuses - up to UAH 10,000 

• Total income directly depends on results
