HR Generalist in Simba agency

A company in the field of defense technologies is opening the position of HR Manager / HR Generalist and is looking for an experienced specialist who is ready to work in a responsible and strategically important direction.

We work in a hybrid format: Kyiv + the possibility to work remotely, with office visits 2-3 times a week.

Basic requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the position of HR Manager / HR Generalist.

• Experience in the fields:

  defense or security companies, military-tech, government structures, production.

• Experience of working with companies from 50 to 300 of employees.

• Practical skills in:

  recruiting (middle + mass), adaptation, assessment, HR analytics, motivation, internal communications.

• Experience with policies, procedures and personnel documentation.

• Confident use of HRM/ATS (Hurma, PeopleForce, BambooHR and etc.).

• Understanding the specifics of the military field or readiness to dive in quickly.

• High stress resistance and emotional stability.

• Independence, discipline, responsibility.

• Systemic thinking, confidentiality, respect for subordination.

• Ability to work in a field with increased responsibility.

Main duties

• Management of the full HR cycle: recruiting, adaptation, assessment, analytics.

• Creation and implementation of HR policies, procedures and regulations.

• Personnel support: communications, support, resolution of HR requests.

• Personnel documentation and compliance with internal standards.

• Participation in the formation of corporate culture and maintenance of discipline.

• Work with management, participation in strategic HR issues.

Terms

• Hybrid format: office in Kyiv + partial remote work.

• Salary range:

  45,000 — 55,000 UAH, possible bonuses/premiums.
