Qualification requirements:

- System knowledge of all key HR processes: recruiting, onboarding, training and development, evaluation, compensation and benefits, corporate culture management, change support.
- Experience of working with executives and top management: support in making management decisions, support for transformations, restructuring, optimization
- Team building and development: needs analysis, development planning, support of leaders in work with productivity and involvement;
- Owning key tools of personnel training and development methodology (L&D, PDP), personnel evaluation tools — performance review, OKR/KPI, 9-box, eNPS
- Understanding the specifics of processes and work experience in companies with a matrix organizational structure
- Knowledge of the basic provisions of KZpP, military accounting, management FOP
