HR Generalist in Digital Staff

For a creative digital agency, I am looking for an enterprising HR Generalist who will build a stable HR function in the company, strengthen maintenance management with quality processes and help form a strong, motivated and engaged team.

Objective roles:
1. Creation of transparent, predictable and effective HR processes in the agency.
2. Providing maintenance management with tools for building a culture of motivation, trust and development.
3. Formation and systemic strengthening of the agency's staff.

Main tasks and area of responsibility:

• Formation of the annual HR plan (eNPS, process improvement, budget);

• Implementation of transparent HR processes;

• Organization of general training programs;

• Support managers in launching training within teams;

• Supporting the system of holidays, events and initiatives;

• Developing a competency matrix;

• Constructing and supporting performance review;

• Closing vacancies (1-2 vacancies, possible cooperation with outsourcing).

• Organizing high-quality onboarding;

• Monitoring of salaries and the market;

• Participation in the formation of the principles of salary review and bonus systems;

• Cooperation with the PR director on the development of the HR brand;

• Participation in the formation of the internal knowledge base.
  
  

We expect that you:

• Have 2+ years of experience in HR or People Partner, HR Generalist, HR Specialist;

• Understand the specifics of creative/marketing/IT teams.

• Able to build processes from scratch.

• Acumen and flexibility - the ability to quickly adapt and find solutions;

• You can work proactively and independently.

• Ready to support a culture of trust and development.
