 What you will do:

• Manage the full HR cycle: from recruitment and hiring to on-boarding, development and dismissal.
• Lead recruiting: find and attract talent in various markets, including internationally.
• Support the team: improve onboarding programs and help employees at all stages of their careers.
• Work with analytics: lead reports and analyze key HR metrics to make data-driven decisions.

Our expectations:

• Experience: 3-4 years as an HR Generalist, preferably in an international company.
• Proactivity: the ability to propose and implement new ideas.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
• Knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine.
• Proficiency in English (level B1-B2).
