HR generalist in ProCare

ProCare is a manufacturer and distributor of face and body cosmetics. Our portfolio includes 12 own brands and hundreds of private label brands. We create high-quality cosmetics that are effective, efficient and meet European quality standards. Our goal is to prove in practice that Ukrainian cosmetics are competitive, high-quality and effective, to popularize the brand of Ukrainian cosmetics in Ukraine and the world. We are looking for an HR Generalist who will help us support and develop the ProCare team.

Main duties:

• Supporting recruitment processes (placement vacancies, initial selection, communication with candidates);

• Organization of adaptation of new employees;

• Help in maintaining personnel documentation (together with a personnel specialist);

• Support in solving current HR issues of employees;

• Preparation of internal announcements, welcome posts, participation in the development of corporate culture;

• Collection of basic HR reporting (number of employees, vacations, turnover, etc.).

Requirements:

• Experience in HR from 1 year (preferably in a manufacturing company, but not necessary);

• Understanding the basics of HR office management;

• Responsibility, friendliness, attention to detail;

• Ability to work with people and listen to their needs.
